MODULAR LIVING d.o.o. for construction and services with headquarters in Samoborski Otok (Town of Samobor), Savska ulica 34, ID number: 36545371146 (hereinafter referred to as “Modular living” or “we”) you hereby comply with the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as ” GDPR”) and Art. 12, 13 and 14 of the GPDR, we inform you about what personal data we can collect, for what purposes, how we use and process it, and what your rights are in connection with the above and how you can exercise them.

Within the framework of its operations, Modular living can collect different categories of personal data that are necessary to achieve the processing purposes and legal basis of processing listed below.

Identification data: name and surname, address, personal identification number, date of birth, name and registration number of the trade, etc.

Accounting data: IBAN, bank name, card type and number

We consider your personal data to be confidential, and in this sense we store them in accordance with legal regulations.

In the same way, data can be shared with state and public authorities or judicial authorities when it is necessary in accordance with positive regulations, when it is necessary to act on the order of these authorities or for the purpose of protecting the rights and interests of Modular living.

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to contact us with a request to exercise any of your rights:

– right to correction (Art. 16 GDPR)

– the right to be forgotten (deletion), (Art. 17 GDPR)

– the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR)

– the right to data portability. (Art. 20 of the GDPR)

– the right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR)

– the right to revoke consent at any time (Article 7.3 GDPR)

– the right to submit a complaint to the competent authority – the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data

 

For the orderly and documented implementation of the procedure, please submit the request for the exercise of rights in writing. The request is submitted directly at our headquarters or by post. The request can also be submitted by e-mail. The request is considered regular if it is delivered from the applicant’s address. The person making the request must identify himself. If the request is anonymous, and we are unable to establish the identity in an easy and accessible way, the request will not be acted upon. We will process your request and respond to it within one month from the day of receipt of the formal request. In the case of a large number of requests that need to be processed in a shorter period of time or in case of complexity of the request, we have the right to extend the stated deadline for another two months.

 

IX. STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

 

Unless otherwise stated herein, your data will only be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations or the purpose for which the data was collected or for as long as we have a legitimate interest in storing such data (e.g. 11 years in accordance with the Act on accounting).

Modular living has the right to modify or update this Privacy Statement at any time and without prior notice. Please refer to our Privacy Statement from time to time.

 

XI. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

 

Croatian law is applicable for all questions related to our site and this Privacy Statement, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Croatia.
